Eco-friendly framing

Now, more than ever, we are concerned with sustainable practices in all of our manufacturing industries. The custom framing industry is not new to this concept.  With a renewed sense of dedication to protect our resources and look toward the future of the planet as a whole, all of our suppliers have made great strides in the areas of conservation, sustainability and certified organic forestry and production.  

 

At Olympia Framemakers a majority of our selections are sustainably forested, and the manufacturers will even plant a new tree as an incentive  when we order from a designated list of mouldings.  

 

We always strive to create as little waste as possible by recycling, using responsible products, and donating  excess matting and fome core to schools and local artists picture framing projects.

 

Olympia Framemakers is also proud to support the work of local non profit organizations such as the Capital Land Trust who are one of the vital curators of our beautiful Puget Sound.
